About This Event
Join Minneapolis City Council members for an open forum on the 2026 city budget. Council members will present proposed spending priorities across infrastructure, public safety, housing, and community services. Residents are invited to speak during a dedicated public comment period — each speaker receives three minutes. Whether you have questions about pothole repairs, affordable housing investments, or police funding allocations, this is your direct line to the people making those decisions. Bring your questions, your concerns, and your ideas. This is participatory democracy in action. Light refreshments will be available. Childcare assistance provided upon advance request. Interpretation services available in Spanish and Somali.
